Life

As a father raising two kids, I strongly believe that young parents, especially those in tough situations, should have access to more resources to help with raising their children, but we also must expand opportunities to adopt in Virginia. I believe Governor Youngkin put forward a reasonable proposal to prevent abortion at 15 weeks with common sense exceptions to protect women in the case of rape, incest, or if their life is in danger. We must do better supporting women.

Taxes

The gas tax hike, higher fees, and skyrocketing utility bills are all a product of failed Richmond policies. As your delegate, I will vote to lower the gas tax, support Glenn Youngkin’s grocery tax repeal, and work to end the Green New Deal policies that caused heating and electric bills to skyrocket.

I firmly believe that you can spend your money better than the government, and I will work to put more money back in your pocket so you can do so.

Second Amendment

I am a proud supporter of the right to keep and bear arms, and believe the Founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution for a reason.

Schools

Efforts on behalf of administrators across the state to water down standards in the name of equity are misguided; in the House of Delegates I will support high standards for our kids and put more dollars directly in the classroom to help all kids achieve success, regardless of zip code.

I will also support the expansion of programs that help kids learn a trade and support initiatives like the apprenticeship school in partnership with Huntington Ingalls.

Public Safety

HB 257 was a disaster. I’ll get back to common sense, keep our kids safe, and ensure that violent criminals go to jail where they belong.

I will continue to stand with the brave men and women in law enforcement. The liberal attacks on law and order have got to stop. I proudly stand with the police officers who keep our community safe, not the woke mob.

Immigration

Sanctuary counties, cities and states that disrespect the rule of law have no place in our country. I will ensure that our immigration laws are enforced, and criminals in the country illegally are deported.

Veterans

Hampton Roads is home to one of the largest concentrations of veterans in the country. I believe it is our solemn obligation to support the veterans that choose to call our community home. In the General Assembly, I will fight for training and employment opportunities, and continue the work of Governor Youngkin to make Virginia more affordable for military veterans and retirees.

Transportation

I will see that our current roads are maintained, and new roads are built to ensure that our people, goods, and services can get to their destination in a safe and timely manner. However, I will ensure that we are fiscally prudent with transportation investments and oppose costly tax hikes on gas and higher fees on motorists. I will also work to lower tolls on the Coleman Bridge to make it more affordable for commuters in our area.
